Journal Entry June 20, 1996: John and Julie Bradley, Yossi Brain, Terry, and I made the wonderful "National Geographic" like adventure to a glaciated wilderness. The trek was llama supported to our camp at 15,500'. Summit day brought 60 degree slopes on one of the most beautiful peaks I have ever seen. The camp had ten teams of climbers from all over the world. There was one American team and several from Europe. It was the first peak Terry removed ice screws.
Footnote: Yossi died in an avalanche a couple years later in Bolivia.
